goofy bastards.

Wow, we're famous. Here's the story-

So, Eli and I are getting ready to split from last fall's open house. As we're putting on helmets, we hear someone shout to us. "Are you wearing Vansons?" they ask. Duh. Goddamned Bobsy-Twins, with both of us wearing black sport rider jackets, pants, and red boots spray painted black. (I think I used glossy, while Easy-E's preferred the understated confidence of a matte finish). "Come on over here, we want to take a picture for the catalog." Hmm. We get in position, they take their shots, and have us sign over our rights, etc. "Too bad you can't come up tomorrow," the lady says. "Tomorrow we're taking BMW shots." Oh well, I think. Maybe we'll overcome the odds and get our picture included. Well, what do you know.

And oh yeah, before I get sued, I need to say that Vanson is a trademarked and registered name. Cover shot, page shot, and closeup derived from page shot are all property of Vanson, as is about $2000 of my money that I've spent there over the years.
